In this role, you will interact with prospective students, working professionals, and business owners to guide them through our executive and management programs and drive course enrollments.

Sales & Conversions: Pitch business programs effectively, address inquiries, and convert potential leads into successful admissions to achieve targets.
Lead Management: Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up regularly with prospective candidates.
Communication & Support: Maintain explicit, persuasive, and qualified communication in both Hindi and English. CRM & Record Keeping: Track interaction history and updates using CRM software / MS Excel.
Candidate Profile / Requirements: Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Admission Counselling, EdTech Sales, or B2C Sales.
Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi . Target-Driven: Robust convincing ability and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Location: Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Jaipur .
