Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, admission process, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on student enquiries.
Convert leads into admissions by understanding students' requirements and providing suitable course guidance.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Resolve student queries and provide accurate information about programs.
Maintain records of student interactions and update the CRM regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission and documentation processes.
Build long-term relationships with students through qualified communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
