Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage a large group of trainees, ensuring high-quality end-to-end general accounting training.
Track and monitor process performance according to a structured training curriculum.
Maintain standardized process documentation and obtain timely approvals for updates.
Identify and escalate risks proactively, providing mitigation plans as needed.
Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to promote transparency.
Present performance dashboards to key stakeholders in a transparent and impactful manner.
Identify improvement areas, including automation and transformation opportunities.
Lead the team by setting transparent goals, establishing performance review mechanisms, and driving these processes efficiently.
Generate career progression opportunities and ensure adequate team backup.
Act as the single point of contact for the UK-based client.




Oversee task and team management, including training and performance reviews.
Manage bench members, engage them effectively, and connect with stakeholders for their deployment.
Demonstrate professionalism at all times
Ensure discretion and diplomacy when required

Job Requirements :
7 Years of relevant experience in accounts with 3 years of experience in team handling
- Training Expertise and being able to prepare Assessments for quick check for upskilling members
Robust knowledge of relevant Domain RTR or AP+AR
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent presentation skill
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Exposure of Operations and Delivery management to end client .
