Role Description This is a full-time, in office Air and Ocean Export Manager role based in Recent Delhi. The Air and Ocean Export Manager oversees day-to-day export operations for air and sea shipments, including booking cargo space, preparing export documentation, and coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.

The role includes monitoring shipment status, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. The manager collaborates with internal teams and clients to plan exports, optimize routes and costs, and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities also include supervising export staff, maintaining accurate records, supporting billing processes,



and contributing to process improvements and performance reporting.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in air and ocean export operations, including booking procedures, documentation, and coordination with carriers and freight forwarders.
Solid understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, Incoterms, and export compliance requirements.
Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management systems, shipment tracking tools, and standard office software.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor operational teams, manage workloads, and maintain high accuracy under time-sensitive conditions.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to manage client expectations, address queries, and build long-term relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for route planning, cost optimization, and resolution of shipment delays or discrepancies.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications in logistics or international trade are an advantage.
Prior experience in export management, preferably within a logistics or freight forwarding environment in New Delhi or similar markets.
