Position: Supervisor cum Store Incharge

Industry: Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances

Products: Air Conditioners (AC), Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Coolers, Water Purifiers, Small Domestic Appliances, and other Consumer Electronics products.
Job ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
Maintain inventory and stock records for consumer electronics and home appliances.
Monitor inward and outward movement of products.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and display of products.
Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Ensure timely availability of products and coordinate replenishment with the procurement team.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store.




Candidate RequirementsExperience in the Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances industry is mandatory.
Hands-on experience handling products such as ACs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines.
1–3 years of experience as a Store Incharge, Store Supervisor, or in a similar role.
Valuable knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, and inventory software/ERP preferred).
Good communication and team handling skills.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
QualificationGraduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may also be considered).
Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (In-hand)
