Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility criteria, and career prospects.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
Explain admission procedures, fee structures, scholarships, and documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and admissions in the CRM.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
