About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical Chartered Accountants (Freshers) to join our Securitization & Strategy team. This role offers an excellent chance to work on structured finance, fund raising, and strategic business initiatives while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Role & responsibilities

Securitization & Fund Raising
Support securitization transactions including Direct Assignment (DA), Pass-Through Certificates (PTC), and Co-lending.
Assist in transaction execution from structuring through closure.
Prepare financial analysis, transaction notes, and presentations for Banks and NBFCs.
Coordinate with banks, rating agencies, trustees, and internal stakeholders.
Track transaction progress and ensure timely execution.

Strategy & Business Planning
Support business planning and strategic initiatives.
Conduct industry research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking.




Build financial models and analyze business performance.
Prepare management reports, business presentations, and investor decks.

Eligibility
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Securitization, Structured Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Strategy may also apply.
Robust analytical and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
