Requirement
Chartered Accountant or MBA finance with min 5years of workex in corporate customer
Robust credit management capabilities, including Credit Management and Credit Risk Management skills.
Solid foundation in Finance with experience in Credit evaluation and understanding of lending products.
Advanced Analytical Skills with proficiency in interpreting financial statements, ratios, and cash flow analysis.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to corporate lending and credit processes.
Experience in managing emerging corporate or SME portfolios, preferably in a banking or NBFC workplace.
Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field; qualified certifications in credit or risk management are an advantage.
