Explain programs, fee structures and admission timelines clearly.
Drive end-to-end admissions: application support, document collection, fee/payment collection and enrolment closure.
Maintain accurate customer records, counselling notes and follow-ups in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions and payment processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and payment processes.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
