Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented CA Article Assistants to join our team. At P K M B and Co., you will gain hands-on, high-end practical exposure across core domain areas while working directly with seasoned professionals and listed client engagements.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Exposure Statutory Audits: Assist in planning and executing statutory audits, including compliance reviews and financial reporting for corporate entities and listed clients.

Internal Audits: Evaluate internal control mechanisms, process flows,



and risk management systems across client business units.

Taxation & Compliance: Preparation, verification, and filing of all types of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals, firms, and corporates. Hands-on involvement in conducting Tax Audits under the Income Tax Act.

Miscellaneous Engagements: Gain exposure to statutory compliance, ROC filings, GST reviews, and other advisory assignments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Passed CA Intermediate / IPCC (Group I or both Groups cleared). Solid analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., Tally / SAP). Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a dynamic setting.
