We are looking for a passionate and experienced All Rounder Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a variety of cuisines, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes across multiple cuisines (Indian, South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Continental, etc.).
Plan and execute daily menus for guests and special events.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen as per food safety regulations.
Monitor food inventory and assist in purchasing and stock management.
Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely food delivery.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and team-oriented work setting.

Requirements




Experience in handling multiple cuisines and kitchen operations.
Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure and during peak service hours.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a resort, hotel, or restaurant kitchen.
Culinary diploma or relevant certification is an added advantage.
Experience in banquet and buffet preparation is preferred.
