Role & responsibilities
Work alongside the PC Manager every day to run the centre's operations.
Run the grading and packing lines hands-on supervise the crew, manage intake and
dispatch.
Capture records accurately during the shift.
Alternate shifts with the other assistant manager so the centre can run extended hours as
volumes grow.
Take charge of the centre when the PC Manager is away.
