Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Admission Manager to lead and manage the complete admissions function for our EdTech organization. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling a team of 50+ Admission Counsellors through Team Leaders or directly, driving admission targets, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth end-to-end admission operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 50+ Admission Counsellors (directly or through Team Leaders).
Own the complete end-to-end admission lifecycle, from lead allocation to enrolment and student onboarding.
Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
Monitor daily team performance, conversion rates, productivity, and revenue.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain high admission conversion ratios.
Conduct regular sales reviews, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and optimize lead utilization.




Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and University Relations teams for smooth admission processing.
Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement corrective action plans.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to senior management.
Monitor CRM usage and ensure accurate data entry and reporting by the team.
Handle escalations related to admissions, counselling, and student concerns.
Recruit, train, and develop Admission Team Leaders and Counsellors.
Create SOPs and improve admission processes to enhance efficiency and student experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies and admission guidelines.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
