Key Responsibilities

Key Account Management

Support and manage key client accounts to ensure continuity and satisfaction.
Act as a backup point of contact for client communication, issue resolution, and service delivery.
Monitor account performance, assist in contract negotiations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Ensure backup strategies are in place to safeguard critical accounts during disruptions.

Supply Chain Management
Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Optimize SCM processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen resilience.
Track inventory levels, vendor performance, and logistics operations with a focus on risk mitigation.
Develop contingency plans and backup supply channels to support key accounts during operational challenges.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Business Development
Assist in identifying current business prospects and expanding market presence when required.
Provide support in preparing proposals, quotations, and RFQs.
Conduct industry and competitor research to back up the business development team.
