Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization in accordance with current Positive Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to support product quality and safety.
Operate and clean production equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Execute production processes as outlined in Line Master Records (LMRs), and verify operations to confirm accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Plan and manage production schedules for current and upcoming months, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders while meeting quality and safety standards.
Support internal and external audits by coordinating activities and maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation.
Perform and document in-process checks under the supervision of a team lead or supervisor to ensure product consistency and quality.
Maintain compliance with key quality and safety standards, including cGMP, ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
Oversee blending, packaging, and labeling of finished goods, ensuring proper handling, labeling accuracy, and adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.
