Position: Assistant Operations Manager E-commerce Warehouse

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to manage day-to-day e-commerce warehouse operations and ensure seamless coordination between marketplaces, warehouse, supply chain, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily e-commerce warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and order fulfillment.
Coordinate with marketplace POCs (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.) for purchase orders, replenishment, inventory planning, and operational issues.
Work closely with warehouse, supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and stock availability.
Monitor and manage Purchase Orders (POs), inventory allocation,



and replenishment planning.
Handle and coordinate activities related to WMS (Warehouse Management System) and OMS (Order Management System).
Ensure accurate inventory records, stock reconciliation, and process compliance.
Support both B2C e-commerce operations and B2B order management, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.
Track operational KPIs, identify process improvement prospects, and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and marketplace compliance.
