Key Responsibilities

Surgical Execution: Perform major cardiothoracic and vascular operations including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repairs/replacements, and thoracic aneurysm repairs.

Pre- & Post-operative Care: Evaluate patient history, formulate surgical treatment plans, and oversee recovery protocols in the intensive care unit.

Team Leadership: Lead operating room teams consisting of cardiac anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and surgical nurses.

Diagnostic Review: Analyze diagnostic tests (e.g., angiograms, echocardiograms, CT scans) to determine the necessity and method of surgical intervention.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: MBBS+MS+ M.Ch. or DNB in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery

Licensure: Valid state medical license
