Key Responsibilities

 Transportation Management: Negotiate carrier rates, optimize shipping routes, and coordinate with partners for timely, cost-effective deliveries.

 Cost Optimization: Analyze logistics costs, identify savings opportunities, and implement efficiency improvements.

 Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate KPIs such as delivery timelines, shipping costs, and returns.

 Vendor Management: Develop current logistics partners and maintain robust relationships with existing vendors.

 Problem Solving: Resolve issues related to delays, damages, theft, and incorrect shipments.

 Technology Utilization: Implement and leverage tools to streamline logistics operations.

 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer experience. Skills Required

 Experience in international logistics

 Strong knowledge of EXIM documentation & customs regulations (CSB-V, CBE-13, etc.)

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

 Proficiency in MS Excel

 Positive communication and presentation skills

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
