Role & responsibilities
Define and execute the CI strategy, goals, and roadmap.
Identify improvement prospects through data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
Lead digital transformation initiatives (analytics, AI/ML, process mining).
Drive CI projects using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, OEE, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, TOC.
Implement and sustain 1KPS (1 Kerry One Plant System).
Build change management frameworks and governance for CI initiatives.
Drive improvements in productivity, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability.
Coach and train teams on Lean and problem-solving methodologies.
Act as SPOC for CI across cross-functional teams.
Preferred candidate profile
10+ years in Production & Continuous Improvement domain.
Six Sigma Black Green/ Black Belt and Lean, TPM exposure
Proven experience in digital transformation in manufacturing
Solid data analytics and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and deliver results.
