Your key responsibilities
Deliver great creative ideas that shape audience perception, engagement, and participation.
Coach and train the wider team.
Provide creative leadership to the team to deliver great creative campaigns.
Produce strategically sound conceptual work.
Adhere to EY brand guidelines, meet, and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, budget, and efficiency.
Stay up to date with current and future designs, web standards, concepts and industry trends and advocate the same to team members and customers.
Provide creative direction to support the team, coordinate with team members and others to resolve issues, as necessary.
Proactively identify opportunities to employ pop culture trends, creativity, executional approaches
Lead project discussions with customers with a customer-centric mindset
Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly
Be a part and contribute towards various organizational initiatives.

To qualify for the role, you must have: At least 12 years of overall experience in a quick-paced global environment, with a minimum of 8 years in advertising agencies
Have experience leading teams in creative agencies or in-house brand teams, championing high-visibility campaigns for top global brands (preferably B2B)
