Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell AGTUFF toughened glass. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned district.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business from dealers, distributors, architects, builders, contractors, and fabricators.

Promote AGTUFF toughened glass and related products.

Visit customers regularly and build long-term business relationships.

Identify current market opportunities within the assigned district.

Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.

Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.

Ensure prompt collection of outstanding payments from customers.

Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales updates.





Requirements

Qualification: Plus Two (+2) or Degree.

Experience: Preferred experience in Building Materials or a related sales field.

Age: Below 40 years.

Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned district.

Two-wheeler and driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Candidates

Experience in glass, plywood, hardware, aluminium, steel, cement, paint, tiles, sanitary ware, or other building material sales.

Good knowledge of the local market and dealer network.
