Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
Issue materials as per authorized requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Assist in stock verification and periodic inventory audits.
Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and safety standards.
Coordinate with procurement and other departments for material movement.
Maintain documentation such as GRNs, issue slips, and stock registers.
