Job Summary The Land Aggregation Executive is responsible for identifying and aggregating land parcels for residential and mixed-use developments. The role involves sourcing potential land prospects, coordinating with landowners, brokers, and consultants, conducting preliminary due diligence, and supporting land acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate land parcels based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and channel partners.
Conduct preliminary land feasibility assessments, including location, access, zoning, and development potential.
Coordinate with Legal, Technical, Finance, and Approvals teams for due diligence and documentation.
Collect and verify land-related documents, including title deeds, Patta, Chitta, FMB sketches, EC, and survey records.
Support commercial negotiations and facilitate land acquisition transactions.




Monitor market trends and maintain a database of prospective land parcels.
Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates on acquisition opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
26 years of experience in land aggregation, land acquisition, or real estate business development.
Positive understanding of land records, title verification, statutory approvals, and the real estate development process.
Solid negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
