Salary Range : INR 15000 to 25000 Role Description The Admissions Counselor – Tamil & English is a full time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves counseling prospective students and families in Tamil and English about available courses, admission requirements, and institutional offerings. The counselor will handle inquiries via phone, in-person meetings, and digital channels, provide accurate information, and guide applicants through the entire admissions process.

Daily tasks include maintaining student records, following up with leads, supporting admission events, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive applicant experience.



The role also includes contributing to outreach activities and working towards enrollment targets in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications - Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills, with fluency in Tamil and English.
Customer Service skills to address queries, provide guidance, and support students and families throughout the admissions process.
Sales-related skills to manage inquiries, follow up with leads, and help achieve enrollment goals in a consultative and ethical manner.
Education-related understanding, including familiarity with academic programs and admission processes, to offer accurate and relevant guidance.
Relevant skills such as basic computer literacy, ability to maintain records and reports, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or student-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent, with a demonstrated interest in education and student support.
