We're looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Growth Manager with 5+ years of proven experience in managing and scaling brands on Amazon. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking complete ownership of our Amazon business, developing and executing growth strategies, driving marketplace performance, and proactively identifying prospects to increase visibility, conversions, profitability, and sustainable sales. We're looking for someone who thinks strategically, is data-driven, takes complete ownership, and can independently manage and grow our Amazon business without constant direction or follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the Amazon business end-to-end, with accountability for overall marketplace performance and growth.
Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to improve brand visibility, conversions, sales, and profitability.
Continuously optimize listings, advertising, content, pricing, and overall account performance using data-driven insights.
Monitor marketplace trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and recommend growth initiatives.
Proactively identify challenges, implement solutions, and provide regular strategic recommendations to scale the business.
