Experience Required - Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and financial records using Tally.
Process purchase entries, invoices, and payment-related documentation accurately.
Monitor and maintain inventory and stock records across systems.
Perform regular stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate inward and outward stock movement across locations.
Manage logistics operations, including dispatches, shipment tracking, and timely deliveries.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to accounts, inventory, and logistics using Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with vendors, transport partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Maintain proper documentation for inventory, logistics, and accounting processes.
Ensure timely updates of stock records and operational data.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in Accounts,



Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations is preferred.
Experience in the Jewellery, Retail, or Luxury industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with Tally (Mandatory).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Inventory and Stock Management.
Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Operations.
Ability to prepare MIS reports and perform stock reconciliation.
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
