Position Overview We're looking for an experienced Speech Therapist to join our team in Hyderabad. You'll work within our integrated healthcare model, delivering high-quality speech and language pathology services to clients across various age groups and presentations. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services to clients
Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress notes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (educators, psychologists, physicians) as needed
Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes
Participate in case discussions and clinical supervision




Maintain compliance with all relevant clinical and regulatory standards Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. (BALSP/MALSP)
Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience
Valid qualified credentials/licensure - RCI (as applicable in India)
Solid clinical assessment and treatment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in English; regional language knowledge is a plus Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with school-aged populations

Background in developmental disorders or special education

Experience in multidisciplinary settings

Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for speech-language disorders
