Key Responsibilities:
Transition Management
Lead end-to-end transition activities for current projects while ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.
Develop detailed transition plans, timelines, and allocate appropriate resources for smooth delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks and create effective mitigation strategies.
Solution Design
Partner with sales and business development teams to understand client needs and design customized, scalable solutions.
Conduct feasibility assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and contribute to solution proposals.
Client Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact during transition phases, maintaining consistent communication and trust with clients.
Lead regular client meetings, status updates, and feedback sessions to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Process Optimization & Documentation
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to improve efficiency.




Maintain comprehensive documentation for transition processes, solution designs, and client interactions.
Track and report performance against defined KPIs and benchmarks.
Leadership & Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with internal departments to support and align on transition initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree (preferred). 12+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with at least 3–4 years specifically in project and transition management related to Medical Coding.
Proven track record in managing complex transitions and delivering client-centric solutions.
Robust analytical and strategic thinking skills with execution capabilities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
