We are looking for an experienced Associate Director Physician RCM to lead large-scale physician revenue cycle operations across multiple specialties and client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Physician RCM operations including Billing, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Payment Posting, and Quality.

Drive achievement of SLAs, KPIs, revenue targets, productivity, and operational excellence goals.

Manage strategic client relationships, business reviews, escalations, and growth opportunities.

Improve collections, reduce AR days, optimize denial management, and maximize revenue realization.

Ensure HIPAA compliance, payer guideline adherence, audit readiness, and quality excellence.

Lead and mentor Managers, Team Leads, and Operations teams while fostering talent development and succession planning.

Drive automation,



process improvement initiatives, Lean Six Sigma projects, and operational transformation.

Support business development efforts, client presentations, RFPs, and current business transitions.

Preferred candidate profile

12+ years of experience in Physician Revenue Cycle Management.

Proven leadership experience managing large RCM operations and client-facing engagements.

Solid expertise in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Denial Management, Payment Posting, and Revenue Optimization.

Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

Experience in driving operational excellence, transformation, and team development.
