Job Summary:

Responsible for leading sales operations across the assigned region, driving business growth, managing distributors and dealers, expanding market presence, and achieving sales and revenue targets for lubricant products.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow lubricant sales across the assigned territory/region
Develop and strengthen distributor, dealer, and retailer networks
Identify recent business prospects and expand market penetration
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Build strong relationships with distributors, workshops, fleet operators, OEMs, and industrial customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Lead, guide, and mentor the territory sales team
Conduct regular market visits and business reviews
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Technical teams for smooth operations
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance reviews

Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
7–12 years of experience in lubricant, automotive, industrial, or FMCG sales
Minimum 3–5 years in an Area Sales or Regional Sales role

Preferred Experience:
Experience in automotive lubricants, industrial lubricants, petrochemicals, or B2B industrial sales
Strong network with distributors, dealers, workshops, fleet operators, OEMs, and industrial customers
Experience in channel expansion, key account management, and team leadership

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
