Role Description The Application Specialist role at Wekta Healthcare is a full time, in office position based in Jaipur. This role involves providing application support for ultrasound, and other medical equipment, including installation assistance, configuration, and user training.

The specialist will conduct product demonstrations, support clinical staff in utilizing equipment features, and respond to technical and usage-related queries. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting application issues, documenting solutions, coordinating with technical support teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.



The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product capabilities and contributing to continuous improvement of application workflows.

Qualifications
Solid Analytical Skills to assess user needs, interpret technical information, and diagnose application-related issues.
Experience in Application Support for medical or technical systems, including configuration and end-user training.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve equipment and software problems efficiently.
Effective Communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly to clinical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant technical or healthcare-related education (e.g., degree or diploma in biomedical engineering, electronics, radiology, or related field).
Familiarity with ultrasound, or similar diagnostic imaging equipment is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site with customers, manage multiple tasks, and maintain detailed documentation.
Prior experience in healthcare technology, medical equipment service, or clinical applications support is an advantage.
