Key Responsibilities
Assemble SPMs, automation machines, and mechanical sub-assemblies as per engineering drawings.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly BOMs.
Perform alignment, fitting, drilling, tapping, and machine assembly.
Install pneumatic components, linear guides, bearings, and gearboxes.
Conduct machine trials, testing, and troubleshooting during assembly.
Coordinate with Design, Production, and Electrical teams for smooth machine integration.
Ensure assembly quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Maintain assembly records and follow 5S practices.
Required Skills
Positive knowledge of mechanical assembly and machine fitting.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and assembly tools.
Basic knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics is preferred.
Solid problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Requirements
Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in SPM/Industrial Automation machine assembly.
Willingness to work on-site and travel for machine installation if required.
