Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, journal entries, and payment records.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.




Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's Degree (M.Com).
2–5 years of experience in an Accounts Executive or similar role.
Proficiency in Tally, SAP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
