The ‘Customer Growth Marketing Analytics’ team is part of the Analytics, Investment and Marketing enablement (AIM) group within GCS (Global Commercial Services) Marketing at American Express. This team is responsible for leading innovative analytics across Marketing channels for the US SME segment to drive internal acquisitions with increased and sustainable engagement levels.

The analyst will be responsible for performing strategic analyses, build frameworks, synthesizing conclusions, and communicating recommendations to partners. She/he will be responsible for building key decision frameworks aimed at driving robust targeting and investment optimization. The ideal candidate is able to drive strategic decision making and execute recent strategies via advanced analytics, disciplined test & learn, effective storytelling and partnerships.
