Role Description The Accounts Executive will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate and timely posting of entries.

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing basic financial reports, assisting in bank reconciliations, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders for invoice verification, payment processing,



and documentation compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore, requiring regular presence at the office and close collaboration with the finance and operations teams.

Qualifications
Robust foundational knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and ledger management.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; exposure to SAP Business One or similar platforms is an advantage.
Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable, perform reconciliations, and support financial reporting.
Positive analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools for financial analysis and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications in finance or ERP systems are a plus.
Capacity to work on-site in Indore, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
