Area Sales Executive / Senior Area Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Executive / Senior Area Sales Executive to manage and grow business within the assigned territory. The role involves driving sales targets, strengthening channel partnerships, and expanding market presence through effective execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities Achieve primary and secondary sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Develop and manage dealer and distributor network

Expand market coverage and increase product visibility

Maintain solid relationships with channel partners and key accounts

Monitor competitor activities and implement effective counter strategies

Ensure timely collections and manage outstanding payments

Conduct regular market visits and ensure outlet productivity

Plan and execute stock availability and liquidation strategies

Implement company schemes, promotions, and branding activities

Identify and develop new business prospects within the territory

Submit daily sales reports (DSR), weekly updates, and MIS reports on time





Required Skills and Competencies Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience in territory and channel sales management

Target-oriented with a focus on performance delivery

Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)

2 to 5 years of experience for Area Sales Executive

5+ years of experience for Senior Area Sales Executive

Experience in IT, FMCG, Telecom, or Consumer Durables industry is preferred

Collection efficiency

Product mix and scheme execution

New business acquisition

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
