Role Description The Accounts Executive (Receivables) is a full-time, in office role based in Malappuram. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts receivable, including issuing invoices, tracking outstanding payments, and reconciling customer ledgers.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring aging reports, following up with clients on overdue balances, coordinating with the sales and operations teams on billing queries, and ensuring timely recording of receipts in the accounting system.



The role also involves preparing periodic reports on receivables status, supporting audits and internal controls, and assisting in process improvements to enhance cash flow and accuracy in financial records.

Qualifications
Strong accounts receivable and general accounting skills, including invoicing, ledger reconciliation, and payment posting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools (especially Excel) for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
Effective communication and customer service skills for professional follow-up with clients and internal stakeholders.
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Understanding of basic financial principles, credit control practices, and internal audit requirements.
Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or related industries is an advantage.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Malappuram and collaborate in a diverse, team-oriented workplace.
