Qualification:
M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant specialization.
Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience, industrial exposure, and research publications.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate Mechanical Engineering courses and conduct laboratory sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
Mentor students in academic, technical, and project activities.
Guide final-year projects, internships, and research initiatives.
Participate in curriculum development, NBA/NAAC/AICTE accreditation activities, and departmental development.
Contribute to research, publications, seminars, workshops, faculty development programs, and consultancy activities.




Perform academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the institution.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of core Mechanical Engineering subjects such as:
Thermodynamics
Manufacturing Technology
Strength of Materials
Fluid Mechanics
Heat Transfer
Design of Machine Elements
CAD/CAM
Engineering Mechanics
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks,
ANSYS, or CATIA is desirable.

Excellent communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.

Ability to adopt contemporary teaching methodologies and digital learning platforms.
