We are looking for energetic and responsible Agriculture Assistants to work closely with farmers in the Ramcharani area. This is a field-based role where you will support farmers, promote agricultural products and services, and help strengthen our local farming network.

Key Responsibilities
Visit farmers in assigned villages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers.
Explain agricultural products, schemes, and farming solutions.
Assist in farmer registration and documentation.
Conduct field surveys and submit daily reports.
Coordinate with supervisors to achieve field targets.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Positive communication skills in Assamese/Bodo/Hindi.
Comfortable travelling within villages.
Basic smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp, GPS, forms).
Honest, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Experience in agriculture, sales,



or field work is an advantage but not mandatory.
