Responsibilities
Manages HR operational activities to ensure smooth and productive function of the HR department and service delivery to the business and employees.
May implement, and manage a variety of human resource programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and practices.
May support annual processes related to talent management or pay administration, audits and various projects.
Works to achieve operational targets within sub-function with direct impact on department results.
Works independently on larger, moderately complex/technical function projects/ assignments.
Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives or goals of projects and assignments.
May train recent team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations.
May require the following proficiencies:
Working independently with general supervision.
Facing function related problems that are difficult but typically not complex.
Potentially influencing others within the function through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
Qualifications
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience.
