Job Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.

Build interest by effectively presenting the company's products/services.

Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions using CRM tools.

Achieve monthly appointment generation and lead conversion targets.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure quality appointments.

Share market insights and customer feedback to improve outreach strategies.

Required Skills





Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Positive knowledge of CRM tools and sales productivity platforms.

Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and email-based prospecting.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a B2B sales workplace.

Exposure to SaaS or Technology Sales is an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
