Operate and monitor Air Handling Units (AHUs), HVAC systems, and ventilation equipment.
Ensure proper temperature, relative humidity (RH), and differential pressure are maintained in all designated areas.
Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of AHUs and associated equipment.
Monitor and record AHU parameters as per SOPs and maintenance schedules.
Replace or clean pre-filters, fine filters, and HEPA filters as per maintenance schedules and SOPs.
Monitor chilled water, condenser water, and duct systems for proper functioning.
Coordinate with the Engineering and Production departments to ensure uninterrupted HVAC operations.
Report any equipment malfunction, abnormal noise, leakage, vibration, or breakdown immediately to the reporting manager.
Maintain daily operation logs, maintenance records, and equipment history files.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and safety guidelines during all maintenance activities.
Assist in HVAC validation, qualification,



and calibration activities whenever required.
Coordinate with external service providers during major maintenance or AMC activities.
Ensure proper housekeeping of AHU rooms, HVAC areas, and engineering utility sections.
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all electrical and mechanical safety practices.
Participate in audits and provide engineering-related documentation whenever required.
Perform any other engineering or utility-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹9,193.33 - ₹29,827.18 per month
