Daily performance accountability Own and deliver daily operational targets across reliability, productivity, and customer experience.
Warehouse execution excellence Support facility operations with robust managerial oversight and flawless execution.
Performance improvement – Drive improvements across multiple subfunctions within the warehouse.
Lean culture building – Champion continuous improvement initiatives and embed Six Sigma/Lean practices.
Technology enablement – Use MS Excel, PowerPoint, Python, and SQL to define, track, and manage KPIs.
Crossfunctional collaboration – Partner with central teams for project implementation and performance enhancements.
Ownership & empowerment – Build a culture of accountability, empowerment, and high performance within the Fulfillment Centre.
