This is a 100% Work from Office role. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to support operational requirements.
Schedule and support operational activities and business transactions.
Maintain MIS reports and operational dashboards for management review.
Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely closure.
Support Account Managers in client deliverables and operational administration.
Maintain customer records, contracts, operational documentation, and reports.
Interact with customers and buyers to provide operational support and resolve queries.
Manage email correspondence and maintain operational records. Learning & Development
