Position: Associate Insurance Voice Process

Location: Magarpatta, Pune

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Candidates must be currently residing in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to understand and communicate effectively with international customers and diverse English dialects
Strong customer service orientation, listening skills, and problem-solving abilities

Open Requirements 1. UK Shift Process
Minimum 18 months of International Voice Process experience
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM 11:30 PM
Weekend Off
Australia Shift Process
Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience
Shift Timing: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Weekend Off

Handle customer interactions via voice calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information and resolution to customer queries.
Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and adhere to quality and compliance guidelines.
Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to understand and communicate with international customers and various English dialects.

Experience in international voice processes is mandatory as per the requirements above.
Knowledge of the Insurance domain and prior interaction with UK or Australian customers will be an added advantage.
