Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst Programmer / Junior SQL Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience in handling large-scale databases, developing complex SQL queries, and building reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate large volumes of data efficiently
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions
Develop, maintain, and enhance SSRS reports for business and financial reporting
Design and manage SSIS packages for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
Perform performance tuning and query optimization for large databases
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs
Troubleshoot data issues and provide timely resolutions
Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements of existing data systems
Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows





Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SQL development
Strong expertise in:
Writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
Working with large relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
Robust analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to recent tools and technologies

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Shell scripting)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience
