Role Overview: Technical Executive Apprentice position designed to provide hands-on experience in electrical systems management, project support, and technical operations within commercial real estate and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities: Assist senior technical executives in electrical system maintenance, troubleshooting, and project implementation across commercial properties. Support preventive maintenance programs for power distribution, lighting systems, HVAC electrical components, and emergency backup systems.
Participate in technical assessments, energy audits, and compliance inspections. Learn to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and building codes. Assist in vendor coordination and project documentation.
Support facility operations by monitoring electrical systems performance, identifying potential issues,
and recommending improvements. Gain exposure to building management systems (BMS) and automation technologies.
Contribute to safety protocols, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance activities. Participate in client interactions and technical presentations under supervision.
