Qualification
Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

– IT Ops Engineer (6-Months Trainee) Chennai Location
Provide software, hardware, and technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network-related issues.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and system performance.
Support DevOps tools including Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.




Assist with CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and setting management.
Administer Microsoft 365 services, users, licenses, groups, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Manage IT assets, software licenses, vendor coordination, and compliance.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and support records.
Support Azure and AWS cloud settings for basic administration and troubleshooting.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
Follow IT security best practices and collaborate with teams to maintain reliable IT operations.
