Professionals in this group act as voice of the customers in the organization. They gather and evaluate feedback from clients and present the insights findings to the internal stakeholders of the organization. They play a crucial role in creating customer loyalty and retention.
Professionals are expected to be well-versed on the technical side of organization's products/offerings and should be able to share insight and tips on how to use features and troubleshoot. Professionals in this group work as contributed team member under very moderate supervision. They build up on domain expertise along with technical skills.
They work on relatively complex problems using standard concepts and principles using their knowledge and judgement. Professionals require certain level of work experience and assist the junior professionals. About you Qualifications:
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience.
