Role Description The Baker is a full time, in office role based in Fort Unchagaon, Garh Mukteshwar, Uttar Pradesh, responsible for producing high-quality baked goods that enhance the guest experience at Seclude Hotels Home Style. Day-to-day duties include preparing, mixing, and baking a variety of breads, cookies, and other bakery items according to defined recipes and quality standards. The role involves planning daily production,



maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, organizing ingredients and inventory, and ensuring consistent presentation and taste.

The Baker will collaborate closely with the hospitality and kitchen teams to support menus, respond to special requests, and contribute to an inviting, home-style culinary experience for guests. Qualifications

Strong skills and experience in Bakery and Baking, with the ability to produce consistent, high-quality baked goods.

Ability to bake and decorate a range of Cookies and Bread, aligned with brand standards and guest preferences.

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation practices.

Previous experience as a Baker or in a skilled kitchen environment, preferably in hospitality or boutique hotels.

Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on guest demand.
